Click a Tree! Sign up now for the Click a Tree initiative! Join the fight against climate change by taking action and planting a tree.

All you have to do is fill out the online registration form to sign up. You can choose what personal data you want to appear on your profile. You can either indicate your full name or only your user name. Only your username or full name will be displayed on the virtual map and be visible for everyone.

You can brand your profile with the small green frame, signalising your willingness to get in touch with other members of the Click a Tree community. Post the profile page or username of your preferred social community or blog profile (e.g. Facebook, My Space) as part of your Click a Tree profile and enable others to get in touch with you.

If you want, you can now add a message to your profile thereby showing the world how you fight climate change. Please choose from four pre-defined statements to highlight your commitment to combating global warming.

I do not consume excessive amounts of animal protein, as meat production is a major contributor to the emission of greenhouse gases.

I bring used glass to the bottle bank and sort paper and cardboard, plastics and cans from the rest of my waste.

I don't leave appliances on standby, this is a very easy way to save a lot of energy.
